<h3><span style="color: #800000;">Lemon Bars </span></h3>
<p><span style="color: #ffffff;">___</span></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups flour</li>
<li>½ cup powdered sugar</li>
<li>1 cup butter, room temperature</li>
</ul>
<p>Mix above and press into and up the sides of a 13 x 9 in pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.</p>
<p><strong>Icing Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups sugar</li>
<li>4 eggs</li>
<li>~10-12 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (this is the doubled amount I recommend)</li>
<li>4 tablespoons flour</li>
<li>1 teaspoon baking powder</li>
<li>½ teaspoon salt</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #ffffff;">&#8212;</span></p>
<p>Mix above and pour over the baked crust. Bake 20-25 minutes or until just golden on top.</p>
<p>Once cooled, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.</p>
